About the role

The people using our software are warehouse supervisors on their feet, on a tablet, with gloves on. Most of the design vocabulary you'd reach for from consumer software is wrong here. You'd be our most senior designer, owning the operator console end to end — the live fleet map, exception handling, and the shift reports that tell a supervisor what went wrong overnight. You'll be the only designer in the room for most decisions, so this suits someone who's comfortable setting direction and then doing the work.

What we're looking for

8+ years in product design, including complex operational tools A portfolio with at least one dense, data-heavy interface you can walk us through decision by decision You've built and maintained a design system that other people used Comfortable prototyping in code, or at least reading the front end
