> Career1 is an AI recruiting engine that vets candidates for hiring teams. Post a role and every applicant is interviewed by voice, skill-verified against the job, and returned as a ranked shortlist of vetted candidates with scored reports, full transcript and video as evidence. Candidates never pay.

## How the vetting works

- Companies post a role (AI can draft the description from a title, a voice note, or an uploaded JD document) and design their own application form with custom screening questions.
- Every applicant is vetted through an ~8-minute AI voice interview — no scheduling; questions are drawn from their resume and the role, with follow-ups that test real depth.
- Recruiters receive a ranked shortlist: match score, verified strengths, risks, a hire recommendation, transcript and video.
- Job seekers can also join Career1 directly, get vetted once, and enter a curated talent pool — categorised by industry and searchable by hiring companies.

## Pricing

- Free plan (no card): a monthly allowance of vetted candidates.
- One paid plan with a 7-day free trial; billing is monthly and metered by how many candidates you vet.
