Companies searching the pool see a summary of how your vetting interview went. Your contact details, resume, transcript and recording are only shown to companies that unlock your profile. You can hide your profile from your dashboard at any time, and practice interviews are never shared.
Practise first: practice interviews are private, with written feedback, and you can take one a week. The vetting interview is one attempt, so take it when you are ready, somewhere quiet, with a working microphone.
